Life-Threatening Emergency Contact Portal

Life-Threatening Emergency Contact Portal

Know Who To Call

In a moment of crisis, it can be challenging to know who to call. Certainly, if a house is on fire or a store’s being robbed, you’re going to dial 911. But what about instances of mental health crises? If someone’s having a panic attack or threatening suicide, for example, you want trained mental health expert to step in to help.

That’s why we staff our life-threatening emergency (LTE) contact portal at HollywoodAddictionCenter.com. Our experienced, caring call center responders can take your crisis call and help you navigate the situation.

How Our LTE Portal Works

When you call our LTE portal, you connect with one of our trained responders. They immediately ask questions so they can properly place you in our four-tiered call escalation matrix.

Yellow

The call is a non-emergency and we can help by providing care and resources to the caller or the individual they’re calling about.

Green

The individual needs mental health support but their symptoms aren’t immediately life-threatening. Once the individual feels calm and safe, we connect them to a mental health professional to start care.

Blue

The situation is high-risk. We can help deploy law enforcement and/or behavioral health specialists to the scene to help the person while our call center responder helps the caller navigate it.

Red

The situation is extremely urgent and our trained mental health responders will contact 911 immediately in order to receive urgent assistance.
